Definitely / see lots of people rushing into buy on the island and it always seems so risky ! So many factors to take into account !!

Very Informative for anyone thinking of moving to the island, It might also be worthwhile mentioning the requirements to secure a rental now as the owners, since covid have become a lot more selective with their tenants . IE : proving solvency, a bank account in Spain, full time work contract, copies of wage slips .

There is soooo much hassle Tommy - if you find a place here without it costing the earth, that you actually want to move into and not pay through the nose, it’s a Miracle!!

@@MallorcaUnderTheSun Wonderful video Alex. Renting is not for the faint hearted. It makes me think of all the things we had to do when helping our children find university accommodation in England. Contracts, keeping notes, photo evidence, emails to landlords, etc.

Hey Nick - that’s a looong story. Long and short is moved out for a job. Settled in quite well but living in Mallorca is ever evolving. People leave and new people arrive. The biggest learning curve was all the paperwork (and the reality that it never ends !)
