A-ha has always been a favorite. Their last video together, Butterfly butterfly, actually made me tear up a little... - my wife had a good laugh at me until she watched it - and she too teared up.... even my kids. At least they "broke up" with style, choosing to end a career on a hight note. s123rew nailed it in the below comment. Morton's was a voice so fully of emotion, that it could carry you on it, out of a bad mood, or to lift a good mood even higher. Just amazing.
