He doesn’t say it in here, but I believe he is talking about reprogramming your brain through self-talk, which is positive affirmations that are repeated until you have a different outlook on life. I’m reading “What to Say When You Talk to Yourself” by Shad Helmstetter and would definitely recommend it!

At 5.28 we tend to minimize the goals we can accomplish and for some equally strange reason we believe others can accomplish these things when we cannot...the key is to believe in yourself ..and believe you have deep reservoirs of talent within yourself to be able to improve your quality of life.

+Shruti Deshpande Life (or thousands of lives) is actually a process of learning WHO YOU REALLY ARE. This process EXPLODES in growth once you start dis-identifying from your physical body.. which is NOT who you are. Rather, you (all) actually are consciousness that extends from horizon-to-horizon. As you EXPAND your awareness to start deeply grasping at a subsconscious level what I just said.. your abilities, insights, and metaphysical i.q. (so to speak) will grow massively. Also, physical reality will start fluidly changing around you. Of course.. IT ALWAYS does this. But you realize it more as your consciousness expands. PEACE ;)

+1L2PLAY1 Thanks.. Yes and No. I'm claircognizant, so I just KNOW (a lot of) stuff w/o going through a long belief-building process via permission_slips and self_inculcation. This is for multiple reasons including an OPEN crown chakra.. and also the non-verbal education I receive in the astral realm by higher-dimensional beings (of Venus actually). Also, FYI- your comment is ambiguous with a LOW and HIGH-level interpretations. LOW - I'm actually trying to CONVINCE me, myself, through re-expressing and teaching others - [A good comment, in spite of what I said in first paragraph above.. since this is TRUE in many cases] HIGH - Reality is a 'hall of mirrors".. where the people I am talking to are actually ME at a higher-level (All is One) AND/OR..similarly.. are energetic & soulful VR avatars brought forth TO MY CONSCIOUS by my sub-conscious which is always bringing forth the holographic reality one is experiencing. ha-ha Normally, I don't bring up ambiguities, since they are always a potential thanks to listeners' interpretational power. PEACE ;)

I just LOVE Bob Proctor. Key points he mentions is that you have to be "YOU". You can't live your life how someone else wants you to be. Know in your mind what you want and go for it. He learned to get out of his shyness and emulated his friend and KNEW he wanted to become a speaker and teach others about setting your mind on a strong path of self belief, just like his friend did. And now look at him. Bob Proctor has helped millions of people and he himself makes millions. Figure out what you would LOVE and go for it. I hope this helps!!

Grow confidence in yourself, using your attitude as your means of transport to build relationships with others (transfer mate your attitude, your approach and behavior). Actually the lesson is Express yourself, and get rid of the doubts to get results that stick, by way of repetition. Causing your new habit to be engraved in your mind replacing your shyness and lack of self expression and able to speak freely. Do it repeatedly until it sticks and you become expressive of oneself freely without being shy. Who can you help by being shy, no one, not even yourself. In a way you are with holding information hostage that could possibly help someone else. You can not progress when you are lurking in the shadows of life. Stand up and be heard.

I don't know why so many people are so negative about what he's saying. The average American spends more than 5 hrs a day brainwashing themselves with TV programming. The rest probably beating off to pornhub, talking ish on fb or flipping through instagram and here we are complaining about 9 min. This man that has proven himself to be successful and progressive in his life sharing with you what he's learned and all we want is a quick fix in life. This video is about self-reflecting and self improvement. For those throwing out negative comments before analyzing your action, it's self-evident you are not ready for change in your life. The point of this video was him sharing his life testimony that we need to be comfortable in our own skin, overcoming insecurities, and believing we can do anything we put our minds into. Whatever we continue to constantly believe and tell ourselves gets stored into our sub-conscious thoughts that in turn affects our conscious reality.

I'm a life-long learner just like everybody else. We should never get to a point where we say we've arrived. The paradigm is developed from our environment, the way we are nurtured and the habits we developed over time that we say to ourselves, "this is just how I am". The way to overcome these issues is to constantly have positive self talk, self discipline, and start building good habits. As far as insecurities, I personally believe it has to do with worrying or fearing the worst of what people think about us. The only way to overcome them is to face them head on. All of those things you're asking me to do, you must find those answers for yourself since everybody's journey is different. I categorize my life in into 4 areas; spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health. Work on yourself as oppose to your job. Work on the inner-man, communication, language, personality, etc... and everything else will follow. Last note to mention is you must a vision for your life. Figure out your purpose and what brings you joy and the highest level of satisfaction. i can safely say that humans are very relational and so therefore if your job is related to helping others, you will be more fulfilled then just having money. Have passion for whatever you choose to do and always do it with love.

I love Bob Proctor. Soothing voice and just confidence in truly believing in what he is talking about. I think that maybe a lot of people want a quick fact so they can move onto the next video so they can cram more and more information in a short period of time to try and find this secret. It doesn't work that way. Take a deep breathe relax and realize there is greatness in you. Watch the video and try to take something from it. Remember the key to a Great Book is each time you read it you don't discover new information hidden in the book but you discover something new about yourself. I believe most of these videos this also applies too.

Remember what Bob said about passing with Sonia Ricotti in her Unsinkable Film. It is this. Bob's souls has only gone from physical body. That means you can't call him or email and get a reply there. But, you can contact him in spirit in a particular state of consciousness such as during sleep dream state. There you can set the intention that you want to ask Bob to direct your focus to some specific idea or habit in a particular process. Post that idea into the universal postbox in the mind. Visualise that envelope go in the postbox. Be patient. Bob will have work just like other souls who've passed get. They've still got things to do. People saying rest in peace fail to understand that they don't rest all day and night in peace, their body they wore in this life does ok, but that's only one aspect of a person, and only a time specific one. The soul is timeless, The body is timed. I don't yet know why, but its like a breath or mission paragraph if you will. . There spirit takes rest for sure to enjoy some music and chat with past souls and friends, meet new souls just like down here. It goes and does stuff in a young body that feels great, no longer with ailments, any body parts lost to illness are returned so it looks like their physical body apparently just in its best state. it just doesn't need food or water or toilet to nourish it like the physical one does. It just watches us from there like watching through a window. I understand they communicate mind to mind and no voice box is needed. . For example Bob will have to welcome newly passed away folks, some he knew, some he hadn't met, folks like Earl Nightingale, Dale Cargneie. Newly passed folks he'll reassure everything will be fine, and how they can help their loved ones, the different way communication works in the non physical world. But when its the time for you he'll come into your dream and tell you what you need to consider, and then off he'll go about his business to do other tasks and you'll feel at peace, or excited or curious or whatever your soul will feel. Reading Delores Cannon's books and other genuine mediums, NDErs that's how it works. Energy does not die, it just transforms into a different way, it evolves and weaves into its most useful adaptive way. That's how intellgient it is.Bob must be thrilled with KZbin and so forth that he can continue helping people today from his time in physical form so long as folks keep his work online or whoever has videos and CDS , mp3s etc he can continue to help folks. So when you watch his video, think, Bob isn't any longer in physical form, but he sure as hell is in spirtual form, very much alive and involved with the really evolved spirtual souls that no longer come down to physical form with all their learning accomplished to improve the state of society while respecting the structure of free-will essential the structure of love. I hope that helps to enocurage you, as you watch Bob, he's delighted to speak to your soul with the aid of his recordings from when he was in physical form.

Reprogram your paradigm ur sub conscious. If you can think it in ur conscious train ur mind to shift it to ur subconscious and action it as ur reality. Don't feel any need to want/need what you desire, take the word desire out of ur mind. It urs now! Feel, attach ur emotions to already having it. You don't need to know exactly how it will happen but if ur repetitive daily it will flow into action/reality if you tap into the frequency of that thought. He's such a great teacher. I've been flowing him and listening to his audios.

@kstealth1

Here's what I interpreted...When he saw the speaker addressing everyone "If I want to be free, I have to be me". He wanted to be just like the speaker but didn't see himself capable of it, but then he remembered what Earl Nightingale was teaching him all of those 9 years listening to his record, which was "we tend to minimize the things we can do, the goals we can accomplish, and for some equally strange reason, we think other people can accomplish things that we cannot". He realized that it's not true, we all have ability, "if they can do it, so can I". So he decided to take initiative and make the speaker teach him to be a successful speaker like him. The "me" is believing in yourself, the inner you that desires the wants and goals in life. You don't have to look to other places for success, when its not far at all, it's right with- you. An epiphany hit him in that moment, his subconscious finally connected to what has been holding him back for the 9 years of wanting to share his success story, he stopped doubting himself, he went all in, burned all bridges behind him and that was his first step towards becoming the successful speaker that he is today. Be great everyone.

In just 9 minutes into this video, this thought came to me: ASSERT YOURSELF! Look the other person in the eyes. Whether or not you get the desired results, is not important. The only thing, you only goal is just to assert yourself. Example: Ask a beautiful woman for a date. In all likelihood, she will reject you. But it doesn't matter. The important part is you asserted yourself. Probably best that she DID reject you. If she accepted your offer, you now have the burden of what to do to entertain her, and how you would keep her interested. I'm not an expert at this. Actually, I am very poor at asserting myself. And I have the bad habit of looking at the other's mouth, instead of looking into the eyes. I've always been shy and withdrawn. Still am, mostly. I can easily assert myself on KZbin while hiding under a phony name. My voice doesn't carry as the voices of others do. That makes it easy for others to talk over me, even when I'm presenting useful information. But most of the time, what I offer is rejected. So, to Hell with them. Their loss, not mine. Be that as it may, I offer you my daily affirmation below. It will cost you only the time to Copy it, and Paste it into your word file. Then edit it to suit your own circumstances.

Dear Bob, I feel the urge to give you many thanks for the valuable information that you share with us every day. When I first saw the movie Secret I understood how the law of attraction works but when I decided to make changes in my life, I didn't know how to do them and why some things didn't work for me. FORTUNATELY, some months ago I searched for you through youtube and since I began to watch your videos and read your posts I have understood sooooo much more about life and how I can achieve my goals. I watch your youtube videos every day because they motivate me to change my behavior and go into action. The information you share with us is so valuable that I can't describe how lucky I feel when I watch a video or read a post. All of them and especially the short series you film this time are so motivational that I look forward to the next one. Thank you very much for sharing this information! May God bless you always! Keep going Bob!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

To be free, you have to be you. For getting rid of shyness and insecurity, attitude is important. We tend to minimize things we can do and think others can achieve more. Think of the people you're talking to, how you can help them. And you can help them because you've valuable information. Get rid of shyness permanently through repetition.

I actually gleaned Two (2) habits from this video. #1. "Be Me" - Be true to yourself. Be authentic. Come across with an assertive flair = "Say what you mean. Mean what you say. And don't be mean about." Don't forsake your rights in any situation as well as that of others. Stephen Covey talks about this when he shares the Fourth Habit >>> "Think Win, Win" That first 'Win' is your win. Make sure you have that. The second 'Win' is the other person. #2. When speaking in public - take into consideration the audience. I have my own theory on this. I call it "Message Marketing Maturity" When we speak...we go through three stages of maturity. When we first start and go out there to speak we are at Stage One = "Focus on Yourself" - We tend to focus on ourselves: do we look ok? Is our zipper down? Do I have something in my teeth? And we negate the audience. Stage Two = "Focus on the Material" - We want to be word-perfect. Whatever we written down - we want to say. Let me tell you...You don't want to be word-perfect. You want to be "You" (read Be Me) Don't worry about being word perfect. Know that the more open you are - the better connection you will have between your mind and your Heart. Once you have matured through the two stages you end up in Stage Three...and this is where you want to be. Stage Three = "Focus on the Audience" - Simple put...You are there to be of service to the audience. That your words, message, product, service is there for the betterment of the audience. The audience will 'feel' you in the room and therefore be more open to your message. Thank you Bob for bringing this to my attention. And having me to think of "A Habit You Simply MUST Develop"...Well in my case Two! Grazie. #26. : )

The habits And rituals are.. Be yourself, trust yourself, get support from someone you admire and is doing what you want to do.. And most importantly, use incantation style methods, not just read a book, or follow a program.. Daily practise for the rest of your life.. Although all of that is pointless as those of us who are all in will have heard Bob saying that, and those who want a quick fix, will have missed it x

Hey +kvltKommando (not idea if thats actually tagged you.. sorry!) what I mean is .. Incantation Vs affirmation.. lots and lots of people say the affirmations daily and fuck all happens. I would like to tell everyone a story that is true and easy to find out, I was 15 yrs old and I played golf from the age of 6, at first I watched my father and was only allowed to go on the course when I could hit the ball at a decent standard so my father would come on the practice ground and say your doing good you will be able to play on the course soon, this went on til I was 12 then finally my father said I was good enough to play on the course, I was over the moon but upset because there was a lot of Junior's playing on the course younger than me that started playing well after me, anyway my first year playing I did great beating all the golfers my age with ease and most of the juniors older. By the time I was 15 I won the boys championship i played number 1 in the junior team and I got called into the Yorkshire boy team. I used to carry the golf bag for one of the best golfers in the club every year and it was the 3 best golfers had to play at championship course and if the averaged a score of 75 the would qualify to the best division but every year we failed to qualify, as I was saying by the time I was 15 I looked on the notice board and looked at the course and date it was scheduled for, I had played the course a few times in competition and it was course you had to be straight on, I always did well when I played there, unfortunately I wasn't in the top 3 adults at my club but they just started playing juniors if they were good enough, my father was gobsmacked when I told him I walked into the committee room and said " if you want us to qualify this year please pick me I will shoot the lowest score giving our next to men less pressure" the captain of the club said OK. I did play and it was the first time we qualified I shot a 73 the other 2 team mates shooting 75 and 76. A great day I'll never forget but now looking back now I don't play very much the reason I shared the story is the practice my father made me do before letting me play on the course I felt at the time was so unfair now understanding that repetition on the practice ground give me the confidence to do what I did I also got 2 course records on my journey, making after dinner speeches after team matches and winning competitions, So I'd like to say a big thank you Dad, God bless you in heaven, the more you practice anything in life the luckier you become,
