I think you should let Rosio talk to her father and suggest he get rid of the junk he has in the yard and share the vision she has for the yard. Tell him he can make money off, making the yard homey and welcoming. Lay some grass and build an outside seating area with overhead covering, and mesh to keep the bugs away.

Ok. Love to see the change already. Your hard work is paying off. You should vcover the two fencecwalls with cement like thw house. Thatvwoukd make the interiors look more neat. Also use somevof those bricks at the back to pack on the top of the red brick wall to square it off at the top, then cement both walls. It will look very neat. You can paint them after if you wish. You should solidify the color on the back wall of your parents in law house as well. Then the last thing is fixing the roof overhang more neatly. After that you can just remove all garbage and put flowers abnd grass.
