Honestly though I feel like they should've added custom dialogue for some of the Death Wishes. Like, Mafia Boss could say something like "I shall finally take my revenge, here and now!", Conductor could say something like "Looks like you've come back for more eh? Well, this time, it won't be so easy!", Grooves could continue that by saying "That's right, darling. We've put aside our differences so we can end your pathetic existence.", Snatcher could say "I think its time we had some fun, eh kiddo? Say goodbye to that precious little soul of yours!", Mustache Girl could say "That wasn't the end, I'm not done with you yet. It's time for the good guy to beat the bad guy!", and Ultra Snatcher could say "It's time you finally learned why this mode is called Death Wish, you little arrogant brat!" I realize recording new voicelines for something simple as Death Wish would be troublesome but still, it would've been nice.

Another way they could have gone with new voice lines (except for Snatcher, that is) is, since one official peace of artwork makes it look like Snatcher is basically puppeteering the other characters for the Death Wish Bosses, so in a similar fashion they could have bits of dialogue like you said, and maybe also something like their trying to fight against Snatcher's puppetteering!
