A Hawk Invasion | The Red Arrows Return - Southend Airport

Hello everyone and a very warm welcome to SOUTHEND AVIATION!
Today the Royal Air Force's Aerobatic Team, The Red Arrows, make a welcome return to Southend Airport. The afternoon saw the team arrive in on Runway 23 from Bournemouth. A short while later the 9 ship flight of Hawks fired up and left for a display at Folkestone. Sadly low cloud at Folkestone meant the Red's could only perform a partial display, they returned back to Southend after 40 minutes in the air.
