I can understand what u said about Treasure Box. But that's what made loyal Treasure Makers. That show connected me to them very emotionally. Even though that's a tough show to watch, at the end, u will see them in a new perspective and will end up falling in love with all 29 trainees ❤

RE:SImon saying they didn't have Jennie come talk to them, actually they had all of Blackpink in an episode of Treasure Box and it was pretty hilarious bc the guys didn't know and Blackpink were behind the scenes giggling so much judging their charm and talent.

Regarding how heart-breaking Treasure Box was, if it makes you feel any better, because all 29 trainees were so great, almost all of them either debuted in another group (or multiple groups) or as soloists! Someone else did a "where are they now?" video but It's pretty old. I'm not sure if there's an updated version. I dunno if you've already checked out CIX, but 2 of their members (including their leader) were in the top 13 of T-Box. The other 11 made it into Treasure 13! A lot of the trainees who didn't make it are also very supportive of Treasure! I love to see it! A lot of people will hate on YG (the main producer) and although he's harsh, he knows what he's doing.

Some of the member animal icons have changed and everybody has improved so much on their skills but this guide is still holding up well bc of how organized the information is and the selection of clips is great too. It's kind of a miracle that YG chose the right ppl bc it would've been understandable for any company to not pick Asahi at that time bc of him having hardly any expressions, but Asahi really found the right family with this group and turned out to be such a necessary member. And it would've been understandable for any company if they didn't pick Jeongwoo and Junghwan for being too young, but they turned out to be so perfect for this group too.

After watched YG Treasure Box and The Mysterious Class, Treasure Map and they made their song, it will make you love them more than the other

thank you so much for this reaction🥹 if you wanna know them more, you definitely need to watch treasure map. YG treasure box is a traumatizing show for real but the talent shown in the show is worth it. if you don’t want to watch them all, you could watch the compilation of their performance in that show

Honestly if y'all love discovering new artists, check out YG Treasure Box. So many of those trainees went to become the main vocals/rappers of their respective groups. The only downside to Treasure Box imo was the voting made no sense and all the performances were cut and edited down to about one minute and 20 seconds. I hate that they never released any full performances except for the finale ones. Anyways wall of text incoming about where the other trainees/members are now. -Bang Ye Dam - former Treasure member, solo artist. I understand why he left, he was not the vocalist to put in a 12 member group. He should have been in a small 5 member group. -Ha Yoon Bin - technically a former Treasure member, he made the lineup but left because he didn't agree with the musical direction. He is in an independent group called OWave. -Mashiho - former Treasure member. Solo artist in Japan now. IDK why he left but I'm guessing it is similar reasons to Ye Dam and Yoon Bin. -Lee Midam - competed on Produce 101 X afterwards, retired -Kim Seung Hun - main vocalist of CIX and BDU (BDU is a project group of 4 main vocalists) -Lee Byoung Gon - leader and main rapper of CIX with Seung Hun -Kang Seok Hwa - main vocalist of WEi. He competed on Produce 101 X, the show that made the group X1. -Wang Gyun Hao - vocalist in Jpop group Bugvel. He competed on Produce 101 X, the show that made the group X1. -Gil Do Hwan - former main vocalist of ciipher, group disbanded because Rain doesn't know what he is doing -Kim Sung Yeon - solo artist. He competed on Produce 101 X, the show that made the group X1. -Jang Yun Seo - actor -Kim Yeon Gyu - main vocalist of ATBO, part of new project group TheCrewOne (ATBO and Just B combined) -Lee In Hong - main vocalist of Whib -Yun Si Yun - main vocalist of Ampers&One, this dude got no screen time -Jung Jun Hyuk - returned to Canada, has released stuff on KZbin and spotify under JUN I believe. -Kim Jong Sub - main rapper of P1Harmony -Kotaro - main vocalist of Jpop co-ed group Diavo. I think they have disbanded though. -Mahiro - vocalist and rapper of Jpop group Bugvel which also has Wang Gyun Hao. He competed on Produce 101 X, the show that made the group X1. -Keita - main rapper and vocalist of ciipher, currently the leader and main rapper of project group EVNNE. He competed on Boys Planet, the show that made the group Zerobaseone.

The maknaes in Treasure are very tall so Hyunsuk and Mashiho would look very short when standing with them

i respect the decision not to do tbox, as it was (for me) one of the most emotional survival shows i’ve watched. i’ve genuinely never sobbed more than when i watched it 😭. but with that being said tbox is what really made me feel connected to the members, i think having to watch people basically be emotionally abused really trauma bonds you 😭

Treasure box quite sad even after debut..Members cant even watch cause they felt traumatized with the show..even one of trainee who not debut with them said "after the show i have to seek for consult doctor" YG popular among "YG stan" with brutal survivor show..that time the show is so popular n beat Running man one of popular show in korea..n how rage netizen that time n called Treasure Box is "child abused" n "Squid Game" real life..that not include with death threat Treasure receive on internet..cause one of ep they cover the song better than original n the og idol fans attack them on comment section..its a pressure to trainee..each member have own fans n if their fav lose to other trainee..he will got massive hate..esp Jaehyuk n Junghwan..majority of trainee still underage..n older one age like 19-20..if u easily to get emotional..i dont suggest to watch..u will cry from.begining to end..
