my parents took me to potters every year from my birth in 1950 to the mid sixty's. I grew up with tony and julie, geoffs children, and spent most of my time with them during the two weeks of our anual holiday. geoff was a smashing chap with a smile of pure sunlight and impish fun. happy days.

This is really interesting as I have just spent a week at Potters Resort Norfolk, and I stayed in what’s advertised as a bungalow plus, which to me is a modern redeveloped chalet,i guessed it was a former holiday park but bought into modern day, I was told by staff there that it was all new

My parents took me to potters from 1951-to 1970, and remember it with great affection, I had many bothood chums, My nick name was Dennis the Menace, I also knew Toni and Julie, Geoffs children and his wife Eve and of course the Potter Family, We used to go for just the one week each year, it was the re-union week, which was the last week of the season, and anything went. My parents names were Dennis and Olive Stone, so if theres anybody out there who may remember me do get in touch.

Just remembered when watching the forfeits.... one dinnertime somehow we managed to get hold of a tortoise and put it on the plate with a lettuce leaf under the silver cover. Andy Feet lifted the cover when it was placed in front of him - hysterics!!! Lovely to see Geoff - his life's work.
