3:00 fair point, good thing we never saw Bambi's mother die in the original. Although yes we saw the effects much like probably we would in the remake. Its unfortunately a pivotal part of how Bambi grows up and how his father takes the reigns and molds him into the prince he'd become.

0:45 It’s still insane to me that people view Rachel Zegler “problematic” for having opinions on a kid’s movie but pretend like Gal Gadot hasn’t been part of the IDF and spread propaganda… also she can’t act (and definitely not when put next to Rachel Zegler) so you’d think that would come up when we’re talking about two actresses. Rachel’s acting and singing will carry this movie but.. I’m also hesitant to support a movie with Gal Gadot.. but I really wanna support Rachel.

@ 1. Nope. Never happened. Criticizing the movie for being dated and promoting nonconsensual acts isn’t just being “negative,” you’re oversimplifying it because you’re scared of the actual conversation taking place. A man kissing a sleeping girl in the woods is weird just like she said, end of conversation. Nothing to debate. 2. Yes, Rachel values fairness and democracy and is a big supporter of Palestine whereas Gal Gadot is a raging zionist. 3. “Unanimous” ≠ “half” 4. And you’re correct, she doesn’t need their business. Her career will actually be perfectly in tact even if this movie does bomb. Her film debut was in West Side Story directed by Steven Spielberg after being handpicked by him from a youtube video of her singing, she went on to play a lead in one of the most famous dystopian movie franchises of all time, and is currently on Broadway in Romeo + Juliet… she will be fine. 5. Donald Trump supporters were very loud about their intentions to secure this election by whatever means possible.. They went as far as burning ballot boxes which is illegal. Whenever Republicans lose they cry about how it was rigged, yet Democrats accept defeat, including Kamala Harris herself. She didn’t whine about the world being against her. And Donald Trump has promised to do nothing but strip away rights from women, queer people, and raise tariffs and taxes. Literally nothing he’s doing is positive for the U.S., yet his cult members are still going to fall for it every time.. so yah she has every right to be upset and it’s disgusting that Disney forced her to put out that fake apology.

I don't particularly care for negative comments some people make, whether it's this or the Little Mermaid remake - like you, I prefer to firm my own opinion. I enjoyed Little Mermaid and I think I'm gonna enjoy Snow White as well 😊

I love your decision, not pay attention to all the ("Snow White") hate, from the (Haters"), on "KZbin",.........the General population" don't even pay attention, to the "KZbin" gossip, all they care about is going to see ("Snow white") as Afan", .....1st of all it's ("Girl movie), & it's so-many "Little girls, Grown women, is very excited to see to this, in ("Live -Action"), the same crowd", that went to go see ("Wicked") will be the same "crowd" going to see ("Snow white"),

4:32 I think it’s different in every adaptation, sometimes he grows up with her in the same kingdom and then goes off to be the prince of his father’s or they start off as strangers. It seems like they’ll start off as strangers though.

@@analyticalplum Personally I’m a big fan of the Snow White and the Huntsman adaptation, Charlize Theron is my favorite Evil Queen, her acting performance was insane. I actually think she injured herself in a scene where she screams because of how hard she does it.

There are few reactors that are open minded and positive and you are one of themm thank youuuuu!! To be honest Rachel does'nt even hate snow white people just over exaggerated what Rachel said and most of the people are just jumping from the hate trend like can y'all form your own opinions without jumping on the hate wagon??? Rachel just does'nt like the idea of the prince stalking a 16 year old girl before but that's it she's even proud of the original snow whitee she's posting the original several times on her story back in 2022 and Rachel is a good person she was my Cousin's schoolmate back in 2018 my cousin said that Rachel help some of the homeless people in their town to have a home and some education ❤

I don't know why I keep giving these remakes a chance. Perhaps because a part of me doesn't want Disney to die off. But alas, I will give this movie a chance. Despite how much I question the direction of this movie

I must admit that I got turned off by Rachel's interviews where she calls the prince a stalker and saying weird which then became a meme so when the first trailer came out with so many wanting Disney to cancel Rachel, I too was angry that they didn't get someone with a truly white skin to portray Snow White and didn't care at all for the way she looks. This updated trailer makes me think I should give it a chance since the animals look more animated just like the original which I am a fan of. Most of us in the Philippines will just wait for it to stream somewhere so if you do react to it, I'll watch your reaction after I've seen it myself and if I liked it.

I tend to wait till it's on streaming services too so hopefully we won't have to wait too long!! I think she is valid in her opinions and the idea of consent is something that is a bit dodgy when it comes to the kiss, so I get where she is coming from :)

@@analyticalplum Jonathan is a new character created for the live-action movie, replacing the original prince. Burnap (the actor) describes Jonathan as a "reluctant hero" who is more like Robin Hood than a prince.
