Also because it sounds like the moutains are a breedingground for the nastiest nightmare creatures and where the heart of evil dwells. The hedea forrest was only an appetizer for what the moutains could hold and something tells me its there that their metal so to speak are being testet, their bonds/feelings growing and in travelers case maybe their heart/innersent view getting taken(what im trying to say is traveler is not used to the harsher side of their world, so the moutains could be where they are put in scenarios with outcomes they would't do/or they could end up being a sam 'lord of the rings' to the other two?)

Ok, this is a small theory but: I think Katsuki knows the two (or at least Eijirou) have feelings for each other and is trying to push them together. The last episode and this one, he keeps trying to go off on his own and leave them, and they have to beg him to stay. This episode, it seems like Eijirou is trying to push Bakugou and the Traveler together. It makes me think that both of them want the other to get with Traveler, and are not acknowledging their own feelings. To me, it kind of seems like Bakugou is punishing himself by pushing Traveler and Eijirou together, like he thinks that he isn't good enough for them (I like Bakugou angst though so I could be reading into it) Also, I fully support the person who said Bakugou’s earings are hearing aids. His hesitantance to put on the new ones just seems like there is something going on there.

I love that we get hints that Kats was gonna give us his cape even before our whole 'gift exchange' idea pops up. He makes the comment about our outfit missing something pretty early on, and he only said that because he thought/knew it was missing his cape. Plus he said that right after getting himself a replacement cape. He LOVES that cape, and has cherished it since we met him, so why else would he all the sudden just......get rid of it and get a new one??? Gosh, the writing in these just keeps getting better and better, and so does the rest of it!!! I really gotta start leaving more comments because my love for this series IS OVERWHELMING (the people behind this series deserve all the love). This may be one of my favorite episodes and I think it’s the first one that actually made me cry. There were so many amazing moments (too many to count) and it was so worth the wait. Whenever an episode gets pushed back I’m still super excited and happy knowing each episode is as amazing if not better than the last and that I get to watch it. Everything about this series is so perfect I’m having a hard time putting it into words but all I gotta say is thank you for your hard work and I am forever invested in this amazing series ❤🥹
