Another inspiring vlog Donny , I’m fitting out my SIB this weekend and looking forward to adventures . On Wednesday I took advantage of the beautiful spring sunshine and explored the East Coast fro St Abbs to Dunbar mostly by foot, for launch and wild camp sites in my campervan .. Walking with peace in my heart and the warmth of the sun on my face, pushed the horrors happening in Eastern Europe from the surface of my mind , like you I wish them peace . Stay safe and well my friend and thank you for all your hard work and sharing these brilliant uplifting vlogs . Tam .

Brilliant stuff again Donny! I can't get my boat delivered until May, but Loch Awe will be one of my first stops. It's a depressing and dangerous world at the moment, much more so for others. Let's hope for a brighter future.

I watched a video a couple of years back during lockdown. Some pensioner on the ramparts of Innes Chonel full of Guiness, but I forget who it was. It all looks great from here Donny & you're right, we are lucky to be in the UK just now. Roll on spring.

Hi Donny I may be sibbing there. I assume there are no concrete slipways? I dont have a depth sounder and it does not show on my cmaps chart. If I am away from the banks and islands are there any shallows to be aware of except near the castle? Thanks
