'Cameron', my daughter's Pony Club horse and my Endurance horse, passed away age 45 in his favorite sleeping spot. He was still sound.. he had no teeth and was blind and deaf as well. I feed him senior food, he lived out his days in the same paddock his always lived in. It appeared he passed in his sleep. I miss his cute little face. He was an Arab.

My horse was abused previously, and wouldn’t anyone near him. But two years on he’s doing amazingly. Although I might never be able to go in the stable with him, I’m so proud of him for trusting in me and allowing me to work with him despite his previous experiences with people and heal him. I’m never letting him go.

the "don't sell me" part really hit me hard... and I say this because I unfortunately had to sell the horse I had bonded so strongly with and he could tell I didn't want to and he normally would load into a trailer good but refused to that day by pulling back..... I didn't want to sell him at all but I had no other land to put him on and thanks to a certain person that started a feud with me I could no longer keep him where he was.... I miss my Diesel boy...

Amazing. I've never owned a horse of my own, but I've taken lessons for a couple of years, and the horse I've fallen in love with has taught me patience, communication, firmness, and above all, how to be confident. I don't know where I'd be without him.

I cried. Not sure why. It's beautiful, that my horse trainer rescues horses from there pain and cares for them. It's beautiful, that she has a pony, she bought it when it was 3 and now that pony is 35 and yet my trainer still keeps, feeds, and loves that pony. It's beautiful when people have that strong bond, the strong bond between horse and rider, and nothing, nothing at all can break that bond. But it's not when they are totured and sent to their death, for only one little mistake...

Crying. I am crying. Omg this reminds me of my horse. I rescued my poor girl from a life of neglect and abuse and I showed her kindness and compassion and she returned it. I can now ride her and even show her and at the end of the day win or loose she will forever be my best friend

I saw this video 2 days after it was posted, in which, I was on the edge, of selling my mare, who in which, I used to come home crying every day, we fought, we battled, we butted heads, we got nothing from each other, But after this video, I softened myself, let her teach me patience, and today, I've come back to report, she is the bestest friend ive ever known, I can trust her to carry me over any obstacle. This always hurts me more than anything else. I always cry, every time i read it. Cry like a fucking baby. I haven't always treated my wonderful horse as well as I should have and every day I feel so guilty for it. He was the only thing that kept me alive for a long time, the only friend I had for even longer and for that I owe him everything. I'm sorry baby, for the way I have treated you, I see now in our friendship that you have forgiving me and hope that one day I will be able to forgive myself. For the rest of your life I will do my utterly best, to make sure that you are as happy and healthy as possible. I love you more than anything on this earth, more than family or friends or a possible partner and would give my life to save yours.

slytherinchiefette you're lucky you still own your horse. I had to say goodbye to my beautiful boy Tyke. I loved him and treated him like a king and for that he looked after me I rode him, he never bucked or played up, and while I rode him I have never fallen off of him. But one day I was forced to say goodbye. I still hurt and miss him every single day😭

I have no idea why this brought me to tears. Mayer because I ride and love a horse that has had a good life and now it's old, but its owner keeps it after more than 20 years of friendship and trust. I don't want to imagine what could have happened to him if he would have got anywhere else in the age of four, even before I was born. He's 25 now, old, healthy, happy. The Video is so great, thanks

I am struggling with the possibility of losing my sweet old pony mare Honey, we who took in after those who should have loved her in her old age nearly let her starve to death. She has been blessing us for nearly two years and I have been thankful for her every single day. I have promised all of my horses that I will never do them what was done to her as long as I am able.

My horse trainer didn’t really care for his horses very well. The stalls were dirty, the water was dirty, they weren’t cleaned well, treated well. The horses were just plain sad, all 12 of them But one winter, he left the stables to me, and when he got back, all his horses were happy. Their stalls were cleaned out everyday, their water was clean, they were very clean, and he then started to cry, saying I did a wonderful job and that he was so sorry about not caring for his horses properly all the years. So now, all his horses are so happy, clean, well feed, and well looked out for.

This made me cry for sure and its so touching. I have four horses who were starved beaten and abused and its sad when you get a horse and you just see a broken spirit within them. I am currently working on getting their passions back but it's hard after they've been beaten for so long or forgotten. One of my horses, only I can ride him because he was left and forgotten and now I have to retrain him. It's sad. Love the video though great job!
