For extra context of why: Basically "Houshou Marine" is a long time Touhou fan. How much? she meet not so long ago the Gensoukyo's god in person (Zun) and she was able to react to one of the games who was voiced. Double as has a colaboration with IOSYS for make her a video song ala Touhou remix.

Also some rumours said they had a hand on Aloe's sudden graduation by pinning the blame of the info leaks on her and some (made up) details while they feed the infomation of said leaks to the antis in China for revenge, and adding to the obsessive fans on their list. Thats why the antis was been able to screw around for so long until Cover cuts ties with China and dissoves HoloCN.
