Some people leave the snow on the roof and let it fall into the street when they drive. This is more common when the car owner does not have a shovel or brush to clean the car so they use their hand.

Why on earth was she clearing her car with her hand? Does she not have a snow brush or a small shovel? Has she never seen snow?. In the winter I carry a snow brush, ice scraper, and small shovel in my car. Why doesn't she have those tools, too?
