My college friend dove into a pool at 14. We are in our late 50s now. She graduated college, taught school, married, had a child, raised 5 children all together. The body is just the vessel for our soul.

Hi Zack! I have a 23 yr old daughter with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Your morning routine in your other video is almost spot on with ours and as I watch your mother, I see we do the same things in regards to transfers! I want to thank you very much for showing how you use your phone. My daughter uses an iPad and I never thought of using a clamp setup. It's genius! Your video just made my daughter's life a bit more accessible! Thank you for your inspiration!

I'm so happy that someone like you is spreading awareness about spinal cord injuries. I'm a nurse at a rehab clinic so I've had a few patients with those injuries (one as high as C1, which was a complete injury). And I think it's something that people truly are interested in and want to know "how does that work?" etc. It's fun for me to see the routines you do at home, since I've only seen patients in hospital when they're just figuring things out. Great job!

You are an inspiration Zack! I cried watching your mom's love for you! How blessed you are.. I am a retired therapist, working eight last year's caring for a c-5, c-7 quad! Itook care of her bowel, Cath, physical therapy and we had an amazing time together. That time forever changed my life and her life! The woman I cared for wrote a book called Passing Through the Fire by Nazrin Z. Available on Amazon! She became an artist as well. You can look up her paintings, testimonies and interviews too! Love from Canton Georgia, Lauren☺

Ive loved watching your videos. My brother also had an accident and became a quadriplegic (well he’s my best best friend so he is family) when he was sledding downhill head first and hit a tree and was internally decapitated. This January will be 15 years! We just went off-roading the other day and he broke his hand controls so I had to drive his giant truck home. I digress lmao. But you and him have similar mind sets. So driven and determined to keep the sun shinning no matter how many clouds try to block your rays! Keep being awesome Zack!!!!!!
