I love the 10 man BIS list as a lot of the 10 man gear never gets talked about unless its overall BIS. I would like to mention that you can purchase the Tier 7.5 Shoulders/Legs with Emblems of Valor. They are just strict upgrades over 7.0 and you don't need to worry about moving gem's to stay hit capped, as neither have hit. I might also recommend running VoA 25 to try to get those legs and farm some EoV, it should be easy to find people running it on group finder early on in a reset week. There are 19 possible "roles" for PvE gear and 16 for PvP. So sometimes you have people only interested in PvP gear only, and you absolutely do not need 25 people for it. I would say it's possible to be the only Hunter, but probably not likely unless you make the group or know whoever's making it. Getting the PvE 7.5 Legs is a 3.86% chance, and if there is another Hunter half of that. Unlikely to get, but it could save you on EoV and gives you some while you are grinding.

If u really need to ask this, then it doesnt matter if you use bow or gun. It wouldnt change anything for you

Arrowsong or Final Voyage is probably the best bow, however it doesn't hold a candle to Envoy. I suppose you could use either in place of Nerubian Conqueror if you only want to do 10 mans. NC is also better but only slightly (1 or 2 points of damage?)

Hunter P1 shouldn't be too tricky as you say, if you have the gold 4 items are BOE, good Badge options and quite a few ranged weapons until you get Envoy
