I purchased their sofware, however I wasn't satisfied with it and on the same day I asked for a refund. They said they did, but in fact the refund wasn't made. I sent them maybe 10 mails for a proof of their refund, a bank statement that showed they had made it. Yes, they sent me one, but it had been created on their computer, not one issued by the bank. In short they put the money in their pocket and they never returned my money. Shortly this company is not trustworthy, think twice before you make a purchase!

I want to add captions to my videos, but I swear they've got so many features buried and hidden on their platform, it's a little confusing. Can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks so much for following! The beginning plan for basic image to videos is fine. I think it depends on what you wish to accomplish. You can contact support which is on their website and ask them that question about upgrading. It shouldn't be an issue. It may take them a few days to get back to you....but they will. Stay well!

Hi, can we save more than one consistent characters for future projects? Say if I plan to create Episodes ? Because there is no seed number tab anywhere in this software. Also what if two consistent characters are required in the same scene ? Is it possible?

I liked your tutorial! The animated images though just move a liittle bit. You can do such "videos" in any Video-editor. Zooming and L/R moving Fotos are not videos. They are animated fotos. I will check further. Thank you for showing.
