Best introduction on how to use Runway A.I, cleared everything I was confused about from other videos.

How did you got the vertical aspect ratio? also, my resulting video looks very different from the image input. How can one make it follow the input closely?
@promptonator Жыл бұрын
with the --ar command you can define the aspect ratio in midjourney. Try --ar 3:2 (horizontal) to --ar 2:3 (vertical) Regarding your second question. Don't put any additional text into runway. Just the image, nothing else. It should follow this input to 100% then. Hope that helps, cheers Rob

@@promptonator Thanks, indeed I managed to do that yesterday after fiddling a bit with the settings. 😄

How about custom models. Can it be used in gen2 to do videos as well? Or will it not recognise the trained model once generating vids

I've been trying these out. Not very successful. I guess it would depend on the image? Am I missing a huge step? Help.
@promptonator Жыл бұрын
Yes, your final creation depends very much on the source image, you feed into runway. Don't give up if it doesn't work straight away. You can either use a different source image (try prompting something with "dynamic/dynamic pose" which already casts a lot of "frozen movement" in your source image and will be a good starting point for creation process later) or if you want a specific image, alter the seed number. Click on the settings icon on the left side and change the seed number displayed. Try several numbers your outcome / movement should look different every time. hope that helps!

You can sign up for free at runwayml.com - if that doesn't work for some reason, maybe they have not rolled out their service in your country yet?! Write them an email, the team responses quite well.

None of these text to images still to me look useable. When they can get to the point where converting an amazing Maj image to a smooth cinematic 30fps video that we can also ‘guide’ in story THEN OFF THE CHAIN!!!

Well, it's not quite there yet, but I reckon, it will be only months if not weeks till we arrive there. What has already been achieved in terms of quality improvement within ONE year its just mind-boggling and redefines the whole industry. HOLD ON TO YOUR HAT!

Hehe, thanks for the hint Christian, will aim to improve. Doing these vids in my spare time at the moment, hence the title. Will try to step up gear and recording process, once I can free up more time, producing these how to videos.
