I guess you have to look at the value delivered to the WNBA as a whole. Is she the best player, not at this time. Is she the most valuable player to the franchise presently, the answer is yes. In the NY game she helped bring in 2 million dollars for the gate, something that has never happened. Anywhere she plays it's a sold out. TV coverage has never been as high. The others may have rings and championships but they haven't made the impact, financially, to the sport. As another person said on line she is to the WNBA as Jordan was to the NBA and Tiger Wood was to golf. She brings a whole new group of people to the game so the rest gets to showcase their abilities that otherwise would be ignored.
