Japanese baking often emphasizes delicate flavors, precise techniques, and attention to detail. Traditional Japanese baked goods often feature ingredients such as matcha (green tea powder), red bean paste, and mochi, resulting in unique and flavorful treats. Additionally, Japanese baking often focuses on achieving a perfect balance between sweetness and subtlety, resulting in desserts that are not overly rich or heavy. The presentation of baked goods is also important in Japanese baking, with a focus on aesthetic appeal and beautiful, intricate designs. Overall, Japanese baking is a reflection of the country's culinary artistry and dedication to precision and perfection. Greetings from Finland😃

I respect bakers so much for being incredibly disciplined to show up at the shop so early in the morning. That isn’t easy. Yet they do it and produce delicious results for people to enjoy❤️🙏 Thank you bakers :))
I could watch this for hours, imagining the flavors of all these beautiful breads and desserts. Crazy hard work with love creates the most delicious products.
