I make my eggs the exact same way, and every time I make them (and I am usually never pretentious about my cooking), I think to myself, I really love how I cook my scrambled eggs. Well, turns out I unknowingly stumbled onto a recipe that master chefs use! I'm going to go cook eggs for lunch now after I finish watching this video.

In personally find Japanese cafés/bakeries have the best aesthetic. I am only surprised that it seems plastic is used a lot, at least more than I see in other countries. Especially packing single items in plastic. I thought Japan would lead the way here.
