Well, the idea seems to be quite simple and easy perhaps it's time saving factor for the home makers to bake chapati in lot to store and later toast them when required. Caution! for safety avoid placing weigh knob on the lid. Great idea and do welcome.

If there is not water in the cooker and if you heat it with weight valve there is every chance for the cooker to burst. It is dangerous. Don't try this method.

It's true Cooker needs water to maintain its pressure inside & it will vapour out through steam outside. If you keep inside without water, it will surely bursts out and it's very dangerous attempt. Don't try this at your Home
