I got the cinnamoroll mison de fleur! It actually sold out online but I have a shopper based in Japan who goes out and buys plushies. I also got pochacco, purin, and cinna as penguins!! Super cute!

Hey, why does the sanrio website wont let me log in?? They said the email and password are incorrect. Even if it is correct. And it sais that put the "registered email" which I don't understand. And also, how did you translate them to English.. It's so frustrating 😭😭😭

I'm not sure how to answer any account detail issues, but you'll need a separate account from the American sanrio shop; maybe that's the problem you're having? Try making a new account maybe? I use google chrome as my browser, when I right click on the page (or control+click if you're on a laptop), one of the options that pops up is to translate the page. Or you can copy the text into google translate if that's not working for you!

Each account has it's own specific address number, so as long as you use the right address, they'll know it's you!
