Got to take my time with this one..❤!!!! I actually saw this via your Facebook page 2 days ago...so this will be about my 4TH TIME WATCHING THIS❤! There's sooo much I want to say but first...THANK YOU❤❤❤❤! I didn't realize I stilled carried in the back of my mind and heart the lie that I can't SIMPLY SIT ON DADDY'S LAP...I didn't realize that there was a deep internal tug of war that rose up from time to time...UNTIL I WATCHED THIS! I felt like something BROKE DEEP WITHIN ME 😭😭😭! All the years of being belittled, directly or indirectly chided for standing solely on the love of Daddy, of being the bride of Christ...the recent season of those close to me questioning my belief..there was always this painful hope of wanting to fully 100 percent SIMPLY SIT but in the end... I always squirmed because the lie I let sit in this heart chatised me with a nagging back of your mind thought that it's bad to simply do that - you've got to be a warrior for Christ which has been, is the battle cry of those around me...I was always the odd one out! WELL ...I FEEL LIKE THIS MESSAGE GAVE ME THE FULL THEOLOGICAL RIGHT (if that makes sense lol!) PERMISSION...TO SIMPLY.... SIT...AND BE LOVED. Though you've said this sooo many times - HOW YOU EXPOUNDED ON THESE VERSES ABOUT BEING A LITTLE 3 YEAR OLD CHILD ANSWERING CHRIST'S DESIRE TO LET HIM HOLD ME BROKE THE DAM. BEING THAT LITTLE 3YEAR OLD CHILD😭😭😭 ❤❤❤So...all the things that I wrote about how I've been treated..WHAT OF IT❤? I'M LOVED❤ 😊....AND IF ALL I DO IS SIT ON MY FATHER'S LAP ...THAT'S A-OKAY...that's all I ever wanted sitting in those pews all these years and that is all Christ, Poppa God and Holy Spirit want to give❤. Thank you for this brother 😭😭😭😭❤! Now...to replay this so it drops from the brain to the blood😉!

Hello Kara Jane, I am a sister in Christ too and I read your testimony on your KZbin and it is quite similar to mine. I was saved sometime in February 2015. I grew up with somewhat nominal Christians in the catholic doctrine. I was trusting in my works to get me into heaven. I was even in Youth group and went on outings with the church and sat in bible study almost every week. I was self righteous and the leaders were going to select me to be a youth leader in the following year. However, around the end of 2014 the Lord started revealing my intentions in me and I saw that I was a religious hypocrite and I was convinced of my sins like never before. First time I relaized was separated from God. I didnt know the true Gospel and had no idea why Jesus hung on the cross. I always thought His death was a bad things. Soon one night, I cried out to God for the truth and I pleaded Jesus blood over me and I made up in my heart to give my life entirely to Christ and I felt freedom like I never did before. I felt like I was dead my whole life and then I came alive. I didnt even know that what happened to me was called "salvation" until a few days after I got saved and I heard the Holy Spirit talking to me and just letting me understand what happened better. He led me to read scriptures and blogs that I had been born again and have Christ's identity. Whithin the following weeks as my mind was being renewed in the TRUE Gospel, I left the catholic denomination all together. And the Lord has been cultivating intimacy with me ever since. But this year He has brought me into a deeper surrender and intimacy with Him like never before. I just wanted to share my testimony with you because it reminded me of mine.

You just cried out and He answered. I can relate! He is soo good at pursuing us in such a way that stirs up a hunger we didn't even realize we had.. then all of a sudden we are satisfied yet hungry forevermore!! Thank you again for sharing I am blessed to have heard this testimony- be encouraged God has amazing plans for you! 😊

Eric, if you never taught this before why on earth have I heard you preach it? I’m serious man. I heard this from you and have been telling others about it and it completely changed my life and my walk with Christ. I legitimately was just talking to my wife about pride and the importance of humility and confidence coming from Christ today moments before this went live like what in the world?!?
