love the crest white strips i use them 1 -2 times a year and i use the glamorous white and it gives me little to no sensitivity also if i do feel a tiny bit sensitive i skip a day and works just as great! i usually would push it between each tooth but i think its fine either way.

Do not use teeth whitening strips!! Go get a professional teeth cleaning every 6 months, if you don’t have insurance, go to a dental hygienist school and they’ll do X-rays and cleaning for under $50

Aysha! I pray your in the best of health and eeman! Be careful with the crest whitening strips. I would recommend maybe using it every other day instead of using it everyday. Personally I’d tell you to not use them at all. It ate at my gums and now my teeth are sensitive! I’ve stopped using them. I think it’s better to just get it professionally whiten.
