Lectio divina is listening to what GOD is saying to us through the text and encourages us to become receptive to the divine word in order to form us into the image of CHRIST.

Takes a lot to quiet down inside. To let go of yourself, your thoughts, anxieties, etc. and be fully present and actively listening. We are not looking for God in the hurricane but in the gentle breeze.
