dude, you're really in for the kill here. can you show me how you are doing those super fast triplet fills? I have never figured out how to do or practice those.

Which fills do you mean? Do you mean the bass drum triplets? Or those little fills at the beginning?

@@powerthrashingdeath7820 I may not know how to actually describe it. I may actually be triplets but it's literally the last 2 seconds of the song. I dont hear megadeth do it often, but Joey jordisson of slipknot really brought it to my attention. Joey really relies a lot of fills where the pattern goes, Bass- bass - snare-snare in 32nd note format, but it does not sound like 32nd notes when you do it. I cannot figure out how you are timing your feet and hands at the end when you go "Full salvo". Can you slow it down and just show me how to begin practicing that?

If doing two quick hits of the ass drum followed by two hits of the snare is what you mean, then the key is just slowing it down to eighth notes, and speeding it up as you get better

@@powerthrashingdeath7820 i mean in the last 5 seconds of your song, that drum fill you do for 8 measures, can you show me that? I cannot even figure out what those mechanics are. It sounds like someone is playing the gatling gun. It sounds like you are playing triplets so fast they are blurring into an accented dotted 8th triplet

So you mean when I’m doing those quick fills between the bass drum and the toms? If so, they aren’t triplets, they can sometimes sound that way depending on how precise you are - easiest way to practice is to keep it slow, practice playing one eighth note on each bass drum pedal, then two hits on the toms - sometimes it can sound different if the hits aren’t exactly precise, but this is fine, which may be why it sounds like triplets - as the timing between the bass drum hits and the tom hits have a swing style to them. It’s never something I’ve sat down and practiced, it’s just something I’ve occasionally done in songs until I get better - that’s why i doesn’t always sound like straight 16th notes or anything
