This is my attempt at singing this wonderful old Jim Reeves song. It was written by Cindy Walker.

Hello again, I have been listening to all your songs, You have a great voice. I can tell you are a big Jim Reeves fan. Here in Tyler we have a disjockey named Tom Perryman who worked with and managed Jim for a while and they were business partners. He plays a lot of Jims music everyday and tell a lot of things about Jim and his career, and plays a lot of music that you can't find anywhere. Keep up the good work, i will be a regular listner. Hi, thank you very much for stopping by my channel. I hope you will check out more of my Jim Reeves covers when you have a chance....Up untill one year ago I used no external preamp at all. I just plugged the 74b directly into my 10 year old Mackie 1202 VLZ-Pro mixer. The built in preamps on this mixer are pretty good. (I hear not so much on the newer ones). Recently I added a Focusrite ISA One preamp so that I can reduce the input gain on my mixer. I hope you find what you are looking for.

I am not a sad type of person but I have always been attracted to Jim Reeves music because of the unique quality of his voice and the quality of the songs that he chose to sing. @ajman85able Thanks again. I fell in love with Jims voice when I was 8 or 9 years old. I had heard his music since I was very young but in 1966 they released the song "Snowflake". I must have listened to it a thousand times that first year. I have always wanted to record it. I hope to do so this winter.

@DianRay2 Thank you again Dian. You know a lot of Jim Reeves fans tell me that they have never heard this song. It is on an album that I bought in about 1973 I think. I just loved it the first time I heard it. I just love trying to sing anything that Jim ever sang. It is such a shame that he died so young. It is hard to believe that I am almost 10 years older now than he was when he died.
