Great video, I was wondering what exactly is liquidity?

Current assets/ current liabilities

@@PapaSeed thanks for the formula but I was wondering what does liquidity actually mean?
@ah4475 жыл бұрын
@@waybig011 if a business has enough cash or current assets to pay short term debts
@Omor2145 жыл бұрын
Ah447 that isnt liquidity. Liquidity is how soluble the business is in the sense of having liquid cash. You can have a 100 assets and no debts but if you only have assets such as capital then you are not soluble

sir what is the difference between cashinflow and cashoutflow?
@tom.19735 жыл бұрын
raiyan zubair cash inflow is the revenue or income which is received by the business, think of it as your money flowing INTO the business. Your cash outflows is the money that a business pays out (e.g. rent, wages etc), it’s best to think of it as money flowing OUT of the business. To find your total inflows and outflows you just need to add up the total amount each month. I hope that answered your question!!

sir what is the formula of cashoutflow?
@madi24044 жыл бұрын
its just the total costs (money going out the business). Cash outflow = net cash flow - cash inflow

Sir you forgot to mention that an overdraft facility is typically more expensive than a bank loan and new businesses would suffer in the long run to pay off those extra charges
