Thank you The Law Teacher. More than the other two papers, there is a frustrating lack of consistency in what is regarded as key cases. In three different text books and 2 web sites, Law Teacher included, there is hardly any agreement! Why can't the legal profession sort itself out?

For OCR, do we need to know remedies such as damages for reliance loss or loss of bargain etc? and can it come up on its own?
