I had the privilege of seeing a LofZelds orchestra play here in Des Moines, Iowa a few years ago at our Civic Center! It was awesome! It was ironic. I won a body painting contest at an adult Renaissance Faire a few years ago, and received a $500 prize. The following day, I saw on Facebook that the LofZelda traveling orchestra would be coming that August! I didn’t even think. I bought two tickets immediately. $135, but it was sooo worth it! My husband liked it, but he’s not as familiar with the franchise as I am. It’s my favorite Nintendo franchise, so I had to go, no questions asked!

I never realized how much Hyrule Castle, Dark Overworld Theme and End-of-game Fanfare were so John Williams inspired. This arrangement here really does the composer justice! Very good! 5:05 - When those horns kick in it's like Link is on the loose fighting the evil of Ganon's realm. So epic! Kondo's overworld themes are so good.

Amazing. Who composed this?
@theoneandonlykronos85858 жыл бұрын
Koji Kondo, the composer for all the Zelda and most Nintendo games.
@grantlee43318 жыл бұрын
Yeah, no. I know Koji Kondo composed the original scores. I'm asking about this particular composition. Like, what's on those little papers the orchestra looks at while playing. Which is adapted from the original score.
@Gamesforus18 жыл бұрын
Im sure that its Koji Kondo. Its the exact same but except with real intruments. Its strung together.
@wichitawwojak37868 жыл бұрын
Well, if you wanna be full smartass, Koji Kondo composed it. But this isn't an exact replica because you can't just take the notes from a 4 channel SNES and throw them onto a full orchestra. Someone made this into an orchestral arrangement. And prodding through their website a bit, what I could come up with was that the conductor is Johnatan Degenais, and that the Artistic director, and most likely the one responsible for writing the arrangements, is Alain Cazes
