What a great idea for a video! Really wish I had made time to see something at the Globe Theatre on my little tour of London a few years ago. I stopped by without booking a tour in advance or anything, and sadly did not get to see anything cool other than the exterior architecture of the theatre. The only things which didn't require admission were (as you might expect) the gift shop and the washrooms. Bit of a disappointment, I'm sure you can imagine. xD

I love the Peter Pan statue because it's my favourite book. I tried to visit the Charles Dickens mueseum but it was shut on the day i was in london.

Iam always a tad sceptical of those blue plaques when they refer to Dickens. According to them, Dickens pretty much lived in every borough of London! Another literary pipstop are the Nancy steps (part of the original London Bridge) where Nancy went to meet Oliver's grandfather (?) in Oliver Twist. However, the plaque apparently incorrectly claims that's where Nancy was murdered (it's only in the film she's murdered there).

Aha they are put up by English Heritage, you can read more about the individual ones on their website. Although it's shocking they've paid more attention to the Oliver film than book aha! - Jean
