My whole life I thought something was wrong with me. I then spent half of that life hating how anorexia is depicted in media, becauee not EVERY anorexic person surely feels that way? I was stuck between the void of thinking I had anorexia and thinking that I didn't. I spent two whole years with the dignosis of anorexia and felt like I never really fit, like something was wrong and that I was an outsider to that dignosis. But now thanks to this video I found that ARFID exists. I litrally cried of happiness when I read my google search about what that means. Finally my entire life makes sense. Thank you so much for making this video Hana, it changed my whole life! I love your videos so much! ❤❤❤

Oh maybe that got lost in translation. English isn't my first language and this is how we would referr to it in German. It basically means dairy and meat. Everything that vegans can't eat so to say.
