Nice to get out in the countryside and camp, and great to be given that food! Nice people. The peanut curry was a curious concoction...;-) Glad you got out there. The last time I camped was a few years ago on a campsite by Chesil Beach, I drove onto Portland and out to the lighthouse, I liked it. I need to get out and about a bit more I think, thanks for the encouragement. Think I went to Andover on a school trip!

Yeah that peanut curry was actually super tasty tbf 😂 but I'm a very functional eater lol but just had my interview today. It felt like it went really well. And I'll hear back by Tuesday. So stuck in waiting mode for a little while longer but I will be getting out for a nice long walk later at least. I'll be so grateful if I get this blooming job lol. But yeah go camping again it's so much fun. I'll be doing another little lone camping video soon and talk abkut some cool stories of my life or something. I dunno but would like to do some wild camping and make a little video :) but yeah, lovee the countryside so much and Andover is sooo hilly, it's beautiful! X nearly the weekend, have a great and beautiful day, Heather! 🥰🫶🫶

@@Pyxlmynd Well done Sam, that was a good push of energy! I think things will start working out for you. This is a good month for camping, easier for a guy to wildcamp, just need a mobile signal and a torch!
@Pyxlmynd2 ай бұрын
@HeatherNokes yeah I got my data and torch and I'll be camping tomorrow night or Saturday night I reckon, depending on the weather. But I feel like everything is slowly starting to come together x :)

Hi mate! Just saw your fascinating journey! That village was delightful! Love it! It is everything I ever thought a village in England would be but those roads! Wow, they look like our alleyways in The States. No way I'd be walking out on those roads! The scenery was amazing and those awesome white puffy clouds were so beautiful! Blimey, as I've heard English people say, those berries looked like yew berries. The whole tree is one of the most poisonous trees around! You might as well eat some hemlock with that! You were smart to not eat it! So glad you had fun and you looked in your element out enjoying nature. ❤️✌️

Hey Sam, two more songs for ya, with you being a nature lover like me. God is an Astronaut and their songs are Forever Lost, the video with Earth and Frozen Twilight, the one with the huskies. Pretty cool Post Rock group. Enjoy! 🎧🎶

Ahhaa yeah and I was eating stinging nettles bud, they were great but I swear my mate is gunna die from those he was eating loads of them. But yeah they were yew trees. And I didn't quite trust my mate enough to be like "yeah alright ill eat them" 😂 but yeah the roads are mental around the country side, honestly. And what gets me is that they're 9/10 times the national speed limit. Which is 60mph 95kmh😂😂 imagine flying down those roads at 60mph 😂😂😂
@sunshinyday2 ай бұрын
Wow, that speed limit is insane! Those bike riders also must have some big balls to be riding on those same roads! Yeah, stinging nettles are good. I boil them in a tea to dissolve the stingers and make a tea out of them. They are good for detoxing the body. It's also a diuretic. ☕😀

Visiting J G Ballard's grave tomorrow to pay my respects to the man. I was going to ask you what your top 5 favourite novels are.
@Pyxlmynd2 ай бұрын
Oh that's sounds lovely, in a way. And top 5. First would be Stephen Kings, the Stand. 2nd; Harry potter and the philosphers ston, 3rd: Holes 4th of mice and men and 5th: Stephen Kings short stories collection, I.e the langoliers, 1408 and the shining. Been years since I enjoyed a novel though tbh haha

@@Pyxlmynd My favourite king has always been Pet Semetary and the shining. My proudest achievement as a young one was reading the tommyknockers over 3 days. Pet Semetary is truly horryfying. My camping days were spent in Lancashire around Rivington Pike and Healy nab. Amazing times. Bonkers country roads. Was an old chinese garden built by lord leverhulme. A holy place.

@ludwig327 ahh same mine was Lancashire top as a little lad and lake district and Conestan, I remember climbing "the old man" and there was the best pub restaurant ever at the bottom that served the best duck in orange sauce everrr!! And rowing in the lake if windermere Bloody good times. And yeah I loved the original movie of pet cemetery, but never read the books. Do love a good Steven King book though. Genius at horror. I kind took a lot of inspiration from him in my book... oh and of course Frank Herbert's, Dune. Not that iv ever finished it for some reason but I do want to get it again and read it. Loved that while I was reading that.
