recently,I am feelings so much stressed about my job,it seems like all of things suddenly break out ,you have to solve them in a limited time, I was so exhausted, I hate my job this period, however,I watched one of your video, you said that we don't have to think everything emergency,I immediately found the way to change my thoughts, yes, we don't have to be that, your words expired me so long, Thanks a lot! Have you ever thought that you could say so because you're one of those lucky guys in the world. Though you had hard times in developing your career in HK years ago, at least you do manage to get reasonable wealth and a lovely soul mate at this young age. Most important, you get back your health now. You manage to improve the quality of life of your parents and give the best to your children. How about those people who spend their whole life to fight for basic survival ? How can someone who live in poverty with poor health alone for over 50 years to stay positive and happy? Frankly, I do really want to know. Anyway, thanks for your sharing ! No matter what, it's still good to know that there are some lucky people in the earth are having good times of their lives. I was thinking about you after the private meeting session with bio essence. I playback the session and found the moment you asked me "how are you" were with a very serious face. But I was busy to ask you for the birthday wishes thingy. Feel sorry not to answer you very serious and truly. Cuz like I said, I was thinking about you after the meeting, as I'm not telling the truth during the meeting where I'm not that good in the past two years. My life up and down, and even fall down into a deep hole back in last 2020. I'm sick, I got depression. Can you believe that? The girl you describe her as sunshine got depression? I thinking about you, cuz during that dark hole period, I can't pull my self up from the hole. I was inside the deep black hole, and can't see any light. I know I have to pull myself out from it, but I can't.... and your word was in my mind "Stella you look sunshine every time seeing you in person." But during that moment I'm don't feel I am, I feel I'm just so terrible, horrible and unforgiveable. I feel no one is loving me, I feel I got abandon by the world, by my friend and even by my family. I'm alone, no one is giving me a hand. A lots of negativity blow in my mind. I can't hold any positivity anymore, I'm feel tired, I even have a moment that feeling to kill my self, cuz I feel I shouldn't exist in this world. (*sound serious right? hahahaha...) All aggrieved which I absorbed and keep ask myself to stay positive all these years, EXPLODED!!! What I learned from the depression...Maybe sometimes, is not necessary for us to keep staying positivity every single day. We can't force ourself to hold our tear when we feel upset and not in the right mood. We should follow our heart and emotion sometimes. But no worries, I'm recovered now, no more anxiety. hahahha...I'm back to the Stella who you know....Well, even though now my work load is tough, surrounding with a lots of office politic, it's suffering to survive in all this 明争暗斗 environment, but I'm feel bless as I'm still alive after infection of covid and I got a job & opportunity in career, lots more to learn in future. I bought my very first house FINALLY, everything goes smooth so far, but I believe definitely there will have another up & down challenge in the future again and again. But after came out from the deep hole, I believe I've bounds it back high. 跌得越低，反弹得越高. So no worries on me yea...and I wish you have a smooth deliver for your new baby girl. And, take your time to adjust your life. See you when I see you, and make sure we all good when we meet. Love you still. Regards, Stella~

oh wow Stella, thank you for being so honest and vulnerable here to let me know how you've been. Being vulnerable takes a lot of courage and I absolutely admire your courage. Yes, we haven't seen each other in ages and I'm sure many things has happened in life. I'm glad you were able to get out of the depression time of your life. It's ok to have that time and those feelings, or even those dark, negative thoughts. Everyone who exists has thousands of different thoughts a day. And a lot of times, more negative than positive. Some days will be better, some days are harder and even though you are feeling better or has found a way to accept and move on from those feelings and times, it doesn't mean that sometimes the problem or the situation you are in is easier or going away. It just means you have made peace with the present moment and what you are going thru instead of resisting it. Resistance makes life harder and the lesson gifted to you harder to be revealed. Any hows, I am so proud of you and I just wish you so much strength, awareness and grace for yourself to be able to you to make it thru every days struggles. Love you too! Don't put so much pressure on yourself to be the sunshiny Stella. You just be you, and it's ok to have ups and downs and be a Real-hearted human being. WE are all the same here on earth, learning to live life to the fullest and bring out our truest beauty to give to this world. It takes time, gift yourself that.
