Yeah I was going to try keto a while back, but i asked people who did it and they told me don’t waste my time if I’m not going to change my lifestyle diet to keto . They told me if you stop the diet and go back to your regular diet you will gain the weight back plus more. Plus keto diet (in some people) can change your electrolyte balance and that’s not good. So I just started following a 50 million pound diet plan.
