Your best bet for plants is to get them from a greenhouse or a florist. If you buy from the bulk stores beware of diseases and bugs. The greenhouse plants may run on the buggy side as well depending on how good their ventilation system is. But bugs can easily be treated, diseased plants can not and need to be discarded immediately so other plants don’t become infected as well.
