Good list of live albums Mike….I would probably add Mortification’s Live Planetarium somewhere in my list of live albums. Right now that’s it off the top of my head…you have it well covered.

Thanks! Some of the bands like Jerusalem and Rez released more than 1 live album and it's really hard to pick which is the best ones.
