I genuinely love how this has turned from silly stabby frog moment to one of the most powerful moral cannundrums (I assume I spelled that wrong) in the whole series! Like it genuinely makes you think and they treat it eith the seriousness it deserves. There are workarounds and possible solutions like a priest or a revival grandpa, but in the end, if those fail it comes down to abandoning Felipe, cutting him off from the life of adventure we promised him for his aid, or letting gillion suffer for the rest of his or felipe's time on this plain, and that's genuinely a hard thing to decide!
