It’s been difficult! Only because I have a personal trainer and we have switched our classes remote I’ve been keeping on top of it. But I’ve been lacking motivation too, even just getting up and going for a walk is great! It’ll really help with your mental health as well as physical health at this time 💛

I suffer with depression which I noticed gets much worse in the winter - I got a SAD light (same as your PT recommended) a couple of years ago and it helps a lot! Would definitely recommend getting one if you get low moods during winter/darker days x

Also the even tool is called a spirot level and the rug trick I do is turn it under itself at the edges the opposite way to what it's curling and stand on it so it lays flat. 😁
