Where I'm from its law that you leave your cabin unlocked in case someone needs it for an emergency shelter. These cabins are used every year by the same hunters that build them and are not abandoned just not being used at the moment. Feel free to use it just don't abuse it, always leave it better than you found it. That's a choice spot that's why it was built there. Its hard to leave when things are that beautiful! I appreciate that you don't talk during your vids. Winter camping is all about the stunning peace and quiet! Personally I think you could use a dog for some company on these adventures. The way that everything looks, I'm thinking that it's not so much ABANDONED as it is just empty of the owner at the time that you were there. It looks like it is in very good shape to be abandoned. No matter, great video! Wish that I could find a cabin like this in cold country. Snow in tiny amounts in my area every 8 to 10 years and the winters are not very cold at all. I try to take advantage of the colder days if I can when they are here. It's mosquito season here and high 70's at night so it can be uncomfortable if you aren't prepared for the hot nights.
