いろいろとんかつ食ってきたけど、ここがいちばんうまい！ 肉が柔らかくて脂が甘く、衣がすげー軽くて無限に"旨い米"が食える。 メニューの数もありえん多さなのでコメント欄では語りきれませんが、「ロースとんかつ定食 ミニうどん変更 + 店長の気まぐれ餃子(100円)」が至高ということだけ言わせてください。

I was surprised to read that when the dish with the large shrimp was evaluated by the camera man the English translation was the big shrimp was not good. Hmm it looked great to me, great camera work. Loved the automation used to prepare for a very successful lunch experience for the staff and customers.

I think the most impressive thing that gets overlooked is; places like this aren’t open for 12 hours serving food non stop. So you can take that time and prepare food fresh each day, and it doesn’t go un noticed. Working in the food industry in the restaurants I’ve worked in, in the US they’d prep for the week or two weeks, and if you were lucky, they ran out of the prepped dishes from the week before and you got fresh food the day it was made.
