The journey continues along the Aberdeenshire coast with Day 02 of my longest bike journey ever. I will take you along the coast from Rosehearty to Cruden Bay, doing my best to stay positive despite the weather, and find interesting things along the way. I'll also give you a close look at the spooky New Slains Castle which inspired Bram Stoker's 'Dracula' novel in the late 19th century.

If you're new here, welcome to my channel. I live in Scotland and this channel documents my adventures and life as an artist in the Highlands. My life goal is to hike around the entire coast of Scotland (and islands) with my sketchbook and cameras, a project I'm calling Sketching Scotland. Most importantly I'm making an effort to learn about the history and important features of each area I visit. I love sharing what I learn with you all. Thanks for being here!
