The non-firearm homicide rate in the US is about 1.7 per 100,000 people. That is higher than the total homicide rates in most European countries. Our total homicide rate is about 6.3 per 100,000. Even if we could get rid of firearms in the US, would the remaining 4.6 per 100,000 not happen or would people use other means? I'm doubtful.

That was to keep black people from buying guns. Gun control was started as racism. Now it's seems to be a new world order thing..😮 if we allow our constitution to be taken away our entire country will fall.

In 1968 I was taught to respect all people mainly my elders and police. We had firearms in the house and most of my friends also had guns in their homes, and we to this day had never killed someone on the streets so I'll never believe guns are the problem. Instead of saying some moron killed people they make them famous for a few minutes. The killers name should never be said only the victims names and they get lost in the system never to be heard from again.
