I lived in Manhattan, very close to this location, but I had a roommate. Living on your own in Manhattan is very very expensive, if you're not rich expect slums. Even making more than 125K a year, it was really tough for me, Manhattan is not suitable for middle class. Now I live in FL and make much less money. NY is only worth it for the higher pays, but I don't think it's a happy place to live in. I didn't love my time in NY, it's a hard place.

Isaac New York is the economic and financial powerhouse of the world. It represents the most powerful nation to ever exist. It’s a city that combines history with cutting edge technology in will continue to do so for many years. Dubai has rushed urban development plans in a city that requires you to drive everywhere because it’s too hot. Sure the Burj Khalifa is impressive but it’s not difficult to overbuild dozens of ugly uninspired skyscrapers in a desert with nearly unlimited land. Try executing that in the land area NYC is working with. The east thinks they can play catch up by spending tremendous capital on glamour projects. But until these nations actually have human rights for ALL people allowing innovation to thrive, they’re not sniffing the United States and NYC.
@isassetuba5 жыл бұрын
@@titoslounge1946 wtf, this has nothing to do with their economies.... The race is for the tallest skyscrapers and the fact is out there thag the Arabs are winning. The American economy is amazing and I haven't questioned that.
