No city in the world has the beautiful architecture found in both Moscow and St. Petersburg. Moscow has a population of over 17 million yet very clean, beautiful and organized. Each skyscraper has underground parking ~ 2000 spaces. Putin lives in his residence, where there are no strangers. Moscow city is not suitable in terms of security
