Meggar! Fluke 1507 Insulation Resistance Tester

This week we're taking a look at meggers (megohmmeters) with a focus on the Fluke 1507 Insulation Resistance Tester, one of a few meters we've got floating around the shop. We'll check things out and go over what I did to get this working, do some testings, and compare it against a Klein Tools counterpoint. Which one? Watch and find out.

The Kline is a new model , the fluke 1507 is a model that has been made for years

You are spot on. I still thought it would be interesting to compare them. I'd say the Fluke is a little more refined, but there's nothing wrong with the Klein.
