The fact that Lebanon remained Christian majority well up to the 1970s is amazing. Large scale emigration to the Americas and higher birthrate among Muslims as well as Muslim Palestinian immigrants led to a Muslim majority. 55% Shia Lebanese and 45% Sunni Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese.

Moreover shia are more in term of number, in fact in north America there are 250k of shia Lebanese (in a lebanese population of 1.5M), in germany and in Australia there are way more shia than sunni. The sunni Lebanese diaspora is more located in the Middle east (especially in saudi, qatar and UAE). Indeed, there are not a lot of sunni lebanese (in lebanon and in diaspora) they mormally make 15% of lebanese population, there is just a lot in lebanon since the Syrian Civil war (immigration of 1.5M of syrian and palestinian refugees). Finnaly, you are right for the Druze pop in the Middle east: there are 250k in lebanon, 600k in syria and 300k in Jordan, and with the diaspora it’s estimated to be 2M

Fun fact in the 1800s half of Palestine was Christian now they make up less then 5%. Scary how Muslims make other religions disappear so quickly. Egypt in was majority Christian in the early middle ages, half Christian in the late middle ages and now they are 90% Muslim.
