Hey Kaleb. Good to see you. 1st home. Like the front elevation. Deep entry. Front bedroom. Oh 2 more bedrooms and bathroom. 1 bath servicing 3 bedrooms. Like the fans. Odd shaped kitchen. Big pantry. Ok size living room. Primary and en-suite ok size. Closet workable. Like you can access the pool from the primary. Covered enclosed lanai and pool. This home is doable. 2nd home - like the front elevation. As you get closer the exterior looks worn. Don’t care for primaries in the front of the house. Like that you can access the pool from the en-suite. Open kitchen/nook/living. Dining noted. Laundry 🧺 room a little small but appreciated. Again 3 beds to 1 bath that accesses the pool. Enclosed pool. Huge fenced backyard. 3rd home like the front elevation. 5 beds 3 baths. Can’t seem to follow the layout but it’s the pool for me. Swamp not a good selling point 😂😂😂. Thanks so much. Loved the first home, but wish they would have updated the master bath. Third house has very dated kitchen and baths. Seller needs to update or lower the price.

Add another $40000 to pour into a cookie cutter house probably of sub standard constructio in the middle of nowhere if you want to update the kitchen. The taxes are insane for the location which is two hours to the beach. This area is only good for renting out for tourists going to Disney.

I like the first house of the 3. Only things that I didn't like was the old shower door and the bathroom not having a window.

Thank you, Kaleb! House 1, was appealing overall. House 2, appeared to be a modular home which is iffy. House 3, was OK, but you had better know and like your neighbors because they are so, so close! Yikes! What guarantee do you have that the scenic view in back will not be developed. Probably none. For the money, all 3 are probably fairly priced…house 1, may be a little high at $380.

The first house ... i love how the flippers or investors do all this Shady work inside ..they could have moved the kitchen into a better location and moved a wall to make the kitchen bigger and more open but instead they just slap a little paint and new cabinets and new counters in and then raise the price. Also they updated the bathrooms half-ass by leaving the original tub and the original shower surround it doesn't even match.. they do nothing to the outside Landscaping ,looks terribly driveway sucks. No curb appeal but yet they were asking $400,000 for this house.. give. me a break. I wouldn't give you more than 250 for this house

Hey Kaleb, The Driveway needs to be Repaved. The Primary Bathroom Needs to be Upgraded, Not a fan of Pools, and It's needs Green Turf Maintenance, Front and Back. $379,000 is too high, more like $340,000. 2nd Home, It's Needs Exterior Paint, Epoxy on the Garage floor, The Tile Flooring is the Original and Worn-out. I didn't like either Bathrooms, Which they should have Gut them out, More likely $300,000. The 3rd Home all I can say it's TERRIBLE/HORRIBLE, Not Worth $380,000 At ALL, Great Video 😀❤️💙📸

#1 that’s a nice house especially if the woods are part of the HOA green zone. #2 no idea what they were thinking with that floor plan. #3 nice house but pool area seemed claustrophobic, and the position of the kitchen seems off.

Florida is now completely unaffordable... Mandatory flood insurance for all homes ln Florida.. This adds $300 to $700 hundred a month... If you love the beach look at south carolina...
