Lennar is crap.. I remember how they half built houses in Dade county and the houses fell apart during the Andrew hurricane..It was devastating

Yeah Country Walk. Hopefully they had to improve due to S Florida construction codes. However the codes are much weaker in central Florida, they are still using chip board for second floors.

All homes in central Florida by davenport and haines city new construction are half concrete and half wood for second floors that's why homes are so cheap some have blue tarps already from leaking roofs 2022-2024 built homes

@@Thomas-xy4sh And some of the board they use on second floors is terrible quality. I've seen how they put together homes in Winter Springs, scary.

Look for stocks that at least track the market over time, or stocks with yields that outperform the market. To create a long-term plan that works, you should think about doing some good financial planning.

It's true. With the assistance of a financial planner, my portfolio was diversified across many markets, resulting in a net profit of over one million dollars from high dividend yield bonds, ETFs, and stocks. It's critical that you have a range of experiences, including with companies that are actively making money.

Really liked house one. Kinda perfect for snowbird scenario with the ability to host guests easily. Just don’t think the current price/value is there. Maybe low 300’s to account for the condition would make sense. I would be a buyer then….

Interest rates are not the issue. The real problem is the asking price. Prices need to return to 2021 levels, which would require a 40% to 50% reduction.

Kaleb. Just returned from my Alaska cruise ( and it was amazing ) so catching up and some vids. And today my birthday 🥳. Like the elevation. Open concept. Laundry. Will make the pantry work. I notice in these next gen units they don’t have stoves but counter cooktops. Is it a full stove and oven that changes the classification? Primary bath small but appreciated. Big backyard to add a pool. 2 bedrooms and another bath. Potential for someone. 2nd home beautiful almost castle type vibes. Large home. Wide entry. Front bedroom and bath. Primary with pool access. His/hers closets. Spacious en-suite. That sitting area is for the primary. Huge kitchen with a family room with fireplace. Covered paved lanai. Loving the pool. Big laundry 🧺 room. Agreed. Upstairs bedrooms are big. Big bonus room with patio with a 🦎 😂. Oh last bedroom has an en-suite 🙌🏼. Lovely big home. 3rd home elevation made me think of the Brady Bunch 🤷🏻♀️. Unique layout. Kitchen 🤔. 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Covered enclosed lanai. Primary with pool access. Interesting home. Thanks for sharing 🤗

House #1: Another "2 car garage" that's really a one car garage. Bedrooms are painfully small. Master bedroom only has a 3/4 bath mislabeled as a full bathroom.

House 1 - paying $130/month for an HOA that does nothing to enforce lawn or home standards. They even let people build apartments into their homes. Imagine moving to a subdivision and people have apartments for rent next door. WTF is wrong with these sellers? Pure trash.

The second property was absolutely stunning compared some of the houses we get over here in the uk. Liked the third one too 👍🏼. Both were perfect for my family and our holidays/vacations to Orlando 😂. Hopefully popping over July/August time too and looking at getting married out there 👍🏼

Hey Kaleb House #1 is pretty, But it definitely needs brand new carpet throught out the house. Needs painting exterior, Needs Green Grass maintenance front and back. They should have added a stove in the next Gen, And the Pantry in the kitchen is way to small. It needs epoxy on the garage floor, They should go down on the price! 2nd home is beautiful, But for that price you can purchased 2 homes! Home # 3, I liked the style of this one. Although it definitely needs tile flooring throughout the house. The kitchen cabinets needs to be replaced, BOTH Bathrooms needs to be updated. I would have never put a swimming pool, Would have put a Golf course instead, They should come down off the price like maybe $350-$360,000. Enjoy your video, STAY Cool, See you at the next video!

No mater which house you buy, you would have to deal drugs out of it in order to pay the high interest mortgage, insurance and taxes. Punching a time clock keeps you broke and you get nowhere! Make sure you are not too close to a school or church. Can’t deal in school zones or next to church. Also I noticed these houses are too close together. Not good for domestic violence situations.

Florida is my home state and it’s going to hell. I was lucky. I sold out near the top of the market and moved to the mountains. My expenses here are roughly 1/2 of what they were in Florida. Not only that but I have 25 acres on the side of a mountain with an 80 mile view. Do I miss Florida? Ask me if I miss the gangs and crime and the fact that everybody is packing a gun. Then there are the attacks on the immigrants that pick our fruits and vegetables along with librarians and teachers. The European tourists don’t show up in the keys anymore and call us the hate state. the traffic is unbearable. I’m never going back.

Kaleb?? These 3 houses are different, unique, and really nice!! If you want a decent place to stay?? You have to pay for it!! Nothing is going to be handed to you on a platter!! When I bought my 1st house?? I paid for it!! The apartment that I was in was just as expensive!! So when I look at these homes?? It's worth it not to keep staying in apartments that you will NEVER OWN!! So Kaleb?? Keep Doing What You Are Doing!! Don't pay attention to the negativity!! Its always better to have a home!!
